Ja-Listo! Adobo Para Birria: An Introduction (and Some Great Recipes)

Overview: A new product is changing the way cooks think about a classic Mexican dish. It’s called Ja-Listo! Adobo Para Birria — yes, it has an exclamation point in the name, and yes, it’s well-earned. Here’s what you need to know about it, including some yummy recipes!

At Redlands Ranch Market, we’re proud of our great selection of Mexican foods and ingredients. And if you’re a fan of Mexican cuisine, you’ve probably heard of birria. This traditional Mexican dish is typically made with slow-cooked beef, goat, or lamb, and is often served as a stew or in tacos. One key ingredient that gives birria its unique flavor is the adobo, a blend of spices and chili peppers that is used to marinate the meat before cooking.

Recently, a delicious new adobo product has made a big splash in the United States, and it’s called Ja-listo! Adobo Para Birria. Ja-listo has made cooking mouth-watering birria easier than ever.

Birria’s New Best Friend

Ja-listo! Adobo Para Birria comes in a convenient jar that’s perfect for your kitchen, and it allows anyone to cook delicious birria at home, without having to spend hours making the adobo from scratch. To use Ja-Listo, all you need to do is marinate your beef (or goat, or lamb, or even vegetables) in the adobo for a few hours, then cook it until it’s tender and juicy.

One of the great things about Ja-listo! Adobo Para Birria is that it’s incredibly versatile. You can use it to make traditional birria stew, or you can use it to make birria tacos,  quesadillas, soup, and more! (See below for some easy recipes!)

Another great thing about Ja-listo! Adobo Para Birria is that it’s a healthier alternative to traditional birria. Because it’s low in sodium and doesn’t contain any preservatives or artificial flavors, it’s a great option for anyone who is watching their salt intake or trying to eat a more natural diet — as long as you don’t go crazy adding salt to the final product!

Now that we’ve convinced you of the merits of this great product, here are a few simple recipes you can make at home using Ja-list! Adobo Para Birria and other quality ingredients available at Redlands Ranch Market.
