We wanted to showcase our appreciation for cultures around the world and support our diverse customer base. As a grocery store, we have a unique opportunity to create bridges within our community, connecting people with different cultures, foods, and overall experiences, and expanding our international products is one of the best ways to show that appreciation.

Many tortillerias produce tortillas from pre-made masa dough or dried masa flour. We’re proud to use the traditional method of cooking, soaking, grinding, and mixing 100% corn to make tortillas that would make Grandma proud.

Our tortilla-making process combines cooking, soaking, grinding then mixing fresh corn into the tortilla right before your eyes. The tortillas are then cut into perfect circles, cooked in the oven, and cooled on layered conveyor belts before getting bagged and ready to sell (and devour).

We wish year-round tamales was a thing, but this holiday special is only for the holiday season — made hot and fresh from the Kitchen at the end of the year. Choose from tamales that are prepared to steam at home, or tamales that are fully cooked and ready to eat.

We wish we could roast and sell hatch chilies all year, but Hatch Chile season only runs from early August to the end of September. Watch us roast on-site during these months and make sure to take home a fresh and warm bag for yourself!
